2026-2027 School Year

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #1 – Literacy/NYC Reads
By June 2027, students will increase their literacy proficiency by 10 percentage points, from 34% at BOY, to 44% at EOY, as measured by performance on assessments measuring reading foundational skills and reading comprehension. This growth will be achieved through consistent implementation of science-of-reading and phonics-based instruction aligned to NYC Reads.

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #2 – Math/NYC Solves
By June 2027, the percentage of students demonstrating proficiency in math foundational skills and number sense will increase by 10 percentage points, from 18% at BOY, to 28% at EOY, as measured by performance on assessments measuring math foundational skills and number sense. This growth will be achieved through the implementation of high-quality, language-rich, research-based math instruction aligned to NYC Solves, that
strengthens conceptual understanding and mathematical communication.

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #3 – Safe and Inclusive Schools
By June 2027, safety/belonging for All Students will improve, as P352X will reduce the frequency of problem behaviors across students with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) by 20 percentage points, from an average frequency of 4 at BOY, to an average frequency of 3.2 at EOY, with a reduction in the intensity of problem behaviors, as measured by internal BIP data tracking of behavior incidents. This will be achieved through the
expanded implementation of schoolwide physical and mental wellness supports.

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #4 – College and Career Readiness
By June 2027, the percentage of students demonstrating increased independence by transitioning to less restrictive environments (LRE) and/or less intensive related service ratios will increase by 5 percentage points, from 0% of approximately 600 students at BOY, to 5% of approximately 600 students at EOY, as measured by changes in IEP placement and service mandates. This progress will support students’ readiness for postsecondary education, employment, and independent living.

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #5 – Attendance/ Chronically Present, Every Day Matters
By June 2027, average student attendance will increase by 3 percentage points, from 86% for SY2025-26, to 89% for SY2026-27, and the percentage of chronic absenteeism will decrease by 3 percentage points, from 51% at EOY 2025-26, to 48% at EOY 2026-27, as measured by Insight Attendance Reports, reflecting improved student attendance, engagement, and access to instruction.

P352X Goal in Support of Priority #6 – High Quality Inclusive and Accessible Learning for Students with Disabilities
By June, 2027, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for All Students, P352X will improve the alignment of IEPs across present level of performance and goals, to positively affect the percentage of students demonstrating measurable progress toward IEP goals, by 10 percentage points, from 15% at BOY, to 25% at EOY, as measured by SESIS IEP-Progress of Measurable Annual Goals Reports. This progress will be achieved through strengthened IEP development and consistent implementation of specially designed instruction.
